Following your booking request, you will receive the details of your hire by email, in a pdf document.

At 16:00hrs, the day before travelling you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing the Driver’s Name, Photograph & vehicle information.

When your driver arrives, you will receive another message to tell you that they are at the pickup location.
